Refund policy
All orders will be shipped within 7 business days of your order. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped with any tracking information (if tracking was chosen). There is up to date shipping methods provided by Canada Post to your area on the checkout page. WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase we can refund or exchange the item. The item must be unworn/unused and in sellable condition with the original packaging. If the item is damaged please notify us with 7 days of arrival by email : info@hatchetmade.com
You will be refunded once we receive and process the item/s. Please note, we will NOT refund any shipping costs. When an item is being returned to us, we are NOT responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. In the event of an exchange/refund, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to the seller and again are responsible for the shipping costs to be sent back to you.
We are NOT responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, please email any changes ASAP, you will receive email confirmation if received prior to shipment. There will be no refunds in this event.
We are NOT responsible for any duties or taxes on any parcel.
